- Fee balances and payment history (where applicable)
Student data is collected strictly for educational administration and remains the property of the school.
c. Financial Information
- Transaction references (not full card or mobile money credentials)
- Wallet balances and disbursement records (for schools in pilot or rollout phases)
Chanzo does not store raw card details or mobile money PINs.
d. Device & Usage Data
- Device type, operating system, app version
- Log data, IP address, timestamps
- Crash and performance diagnostics
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain Chanzo services
- Manage school operations and communication
- Process payments and financial records
- Improve system performance and user experience
